As a certified doula, my heart is to support families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum with education, encouragement, and zero-pressure guidance. Your birth matters, your choices matter and you deserve to feel informed, held and deeply supported every step of the way.
My approach is calm and rooted in trust. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, navigating anxiety after loss, or simply want someone in your corner who sees you.. I’m here to create a safe space for you to ask questions, make confident decisions and enter your birth with confidence instead of fear.

We’ll begin with a free consultation call to make sure we’re the right fit. Your birth space is sacred, and the energy you invite into it matters deeply. From there, you’ll receive access to ongoing pregnancy support, birth education and resources that help you prepare with confidence instead of overwhelm.

when should i book?
Most families book between 12–28 weeks, but you can reach out anytime. I take a limited number of births each year to protect the quality of support I’m able to offer.
I will be taking a small maternity leave from March–May 2026, but am open for due dates before or after those months.
